We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — stay connected for updates.
We offer delivery through UPS and Royal Mail, depending on where you’re based. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
You can choose home delivery or pick-up at a local collection point — whichever suits you best.
As we’re just launching, please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Standard UK delivery takes 3 business days after dispatch.

Each AMRMA piece is created with great care, and we hope it resonates with you the moment it arrives. However, if you feel something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on pierced jewelry or engraved/custom pieces.
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Jewellery Care
Wipe gently after wear: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove oils, moisture, or any traces from the day. It helps maintain the shine and slows natural wear.
Avoid water and chemicals: Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotion, perfume, or makeup.
Store with care: When not worn, store your piece in its AMRMA box or pouch, Keep it separate from other jewelry to avoid scratches.
Skip the polish: Avoid polishing agents, chemical cleaners, or ultrasonic machines.
General tips: To keep your plated jewellery's shine, we recommend to avoid exposure to water, sweat or perfumes, as this can cause your jewellery to tarnish and oxidise. As a general rule, your jewels should be the last thing you put on in the morning, and the first thing you take off at night.
