Refund policy
Each AMRMA piece is created with great care, and we hope it resonates with you the moment it arrives. However, if you feel something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on pierced jewelry or engraved/custom pieces.
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@amrma.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
